I'm 15 and I want to be an entertainment promoter in California (southern)
like passing out fliers outside venues after a show/gig/concert/etc...
preferably for raves and festivals or any up coming events in the music industry really...
(it's somewhat like a street team except for raves and stuff)
do you know of any place that would hire someone to do those jobs?
even if they don't pay I'm willing to do it...

There are no websites offering those jobs. You would have to ask the people currently doing it where they learned about the job.
Consider holding your first rave. Do it all yourself. Hire the band. Pay rent for a location. It might cost you $500 cash. If you charge $15 at the door, you could make $1,500 in one night. Then you would never have to worry about someone else hiring you. People would be coming to you to hire them. Be brave.
