Where/ how would you start in getting a white collar job?

i work in the medical field right now and I HATE IT! i would like to work a white collar job where i work in a cubicle all day in my own little world. My job experience is all medical related though so i'm assuming that i'd have to start at the bottom which is fine but i still don't know where and how to start. First: do i necessarily need a bachelors degree and if so, does which major i take matter? R there any type of white collar jobs that don't require a BA? second: im guessing i have to go through an agency so how do i find such angencies, do i just research "white collar job agency" or something. any feedback/ info would be appreciated.

you can be a stock broker without a bachelor's degree. you just have to pass the test and get your licenses. that's why people always lose their money investing with stockbroker salesmen. They assume the brokers are educated in finance. In reality they are not. You can be a good broker.
